This is Bowser Jr. as he appears in New Super Mario Bros. U. He first appeared in Super Mario Sunshine. He is one of the bosses of the game who Mario and friends face during the game. It's the second game where he is with Kamek the Evil Magikoopa and his older siblings, the Koopalings, and the first game where he's with Boom Boom. Bowser Jr. is in his Koopa Clown Car which has arms. He's also holding a Bob-omb.

Note: This reminds me of Dr. Eggman piloting his Big Arm vehicle from Sonic The Hedgehog 3. Don't you think?

So he's still alive! :D

My theory:

He was frozen on Freezy Flake Galaxy. Until Bowser thawed him out with his fire breath. Hopefully he didn't burn him. XD

Ah! So he DOES return again. I didn't see him in the new trailer and was disappointed by his absence in NSMB2.
